These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 771pub ("771pub", "we", "us", "the Platform") in connection with your use of the website located at 771pub.cam and all associated services, products, games, promotions, and tools offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 771pub Platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms shall be read in conjunction with any additional policies published by 771pub, including but not limited to the 771pub Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published at the time of a relevant offer. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

Access to the 771pub Platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to open and maintain an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for all online gambling activities in the Philippines. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and permitted. Accessing 771pub from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is your sole legal responsibility.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of 771pub, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 771pub or any other gambling platform in connection with a problem gambling designation, except where such exclusion period has formally expired and been lifted.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable Philippine law.

771pub reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, UMID, Driver's License, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

To access the full functionality of the 771pub Platform, you must register for a personal account. Registration is free and each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account. The opening, maintenance, or operation of more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You undertake to update this information promptly should any details change.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 771pub may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, and the source of funds used on the Platform. This may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, UMID, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar, dated within 90 days)
• Documentation evidencing the source of funds where deposits exceed applicable thresholds
• GCash or PayMaya account verification screenshots where required by our compliance team

771pub may restrict withdrawals or suspend an account pending completion of KYC verification. We will not process withdrawal requests for accounts that have not completed the required KYC procedures. These obligations are consistent with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements applicable to gaming operators.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 771pub Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 771pub currently supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online Banking, and 7-Eleven cash-in services.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 771pub wallet within sixty (60) seconds.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, subject to the processing schedules of your banking institution.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified 771pub account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is two (2) to four (4) hours following approval of the withdrawal request. Gold Tier loyalty members receive same-day priority processing.
• 771pub reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may temporarily extend processing times.
• Withdrawals may be declined or reversed if they are associated with unmet bonus wagering requirements or if the account is subject to an ongoing security review.

From time to time, 771pub may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to these General Terms as well as any promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times ("turnover requirement") before the resulting balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and unused bonus credits expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms, typically thirty (30) days from issuance unless stated otherwise.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. The promotion terms will specify game contribution percentages where applicable.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active promotional bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While an active bonus is in play, maximum bet limits per round may apply. Exceeding these limits may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

771pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. 771pub further reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or exploitation of system errors.

In using the 771pub Platform, you agree not to engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Opening, maintaining, or operating more than one (1) registered account on 771pub under any name or identity.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
4. Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or competition.
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any game. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture.
6. Using the Platform in connection with, or to facilitate, any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity in violation of Philippine law, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
7. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, where doing so would constitute a violation of applicable local law.
8. Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the 771pub Platform or the experience of other users.
9. Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercializing any content from the 771pub Platform without prior written authorization.

Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities as circumstances warrant.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, game names, promotional materials, and any other materials displayed on or forming part of the 771pub Platform ("Content") are the intellectual property of 771pub or are used by 771pub under license from their respective owners.

771pub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to and in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or distribute any Content in any form or by any means without 771pub's express prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or Content forming part of the Platform.
• Use any 771pub trademarks, branding, or logos without prior written authorization.

All rights in and to the Content not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 771pub and its licensors. Unauthorized use of any Content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

771pub is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to minimizing the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The following responsible gaming framework forms a binding part of your agreement with 771pub.

Player Tools Available:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set. Decreases to existing limits are applied immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations. A warning notification is issued before the session limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a cap on the amount they are prepared to lose over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being processed. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be frozen and no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Reality Check: Players may set periodic pop-up reminders displaying session duration and net win/loss position.

771pub may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, impose account restrictions, cooling-off periods, or permanent exclusions where the Platform identifies behavior consistent with problem gambling. This is not a punitive measure but a protective one, and does not affect a player's right to withdraw any real money balance held at the time of restriction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 771pub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds or winnings arising from technical failures, interruptions, or maintenance of the Platform.
• Losses attributable to unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from third-party random number generator software or connectivity issues beyond 771pub's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including promotional content.
• Gambling losses, which are an inherent risk of gaming activity that you accept by choosing to use the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by operation of law, 771pub's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your 771pub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 771pub's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

Amendments: 771pub reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 771pub will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any real money balance.

Account Termination: 771pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 771pub has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or any regulatory obligation. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real money balances held at the time of termination will be returned subject to successful KYC completion and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 771pub support team via Live Chat or at support@771pub.cam. Voluntary account closures are processed within five (5) business days.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiations between the parties. Where such negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 771pub with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.
